List Perfectly is a crosslisting tool for resellers. You write a listing once and it posts it to eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, Grailed and more. This review covers what it does well, where it falls short, what it costs, and who should skip it.
What people say about it
Public reviews are thin and mixed. Small review sites show scores from about 2.5 to 4.6 out of 5, each from fewer than fifteen reviews. That is not enough to trust in either direction. The pattern inside them is more useful than the number. Happy reviewers talk about time saved and good support. Unhappy ones talk about the learning curve and the price. Both are fair.
What it does well
- Unlimited listings on every plan. Even the $29 Simple plan has no item cap. Some competitors meter listings or charge add-ons.
- Marketplace reach. It works through a Chrome extension that fills in marketplace forms the way a person would. That is why it supports more marketplaces than tools that depend on each marketplace's official connection.
- Bulk tools that scale. From the Business plan up you get single-click and bulk import, bulk edit, and richer field crosslisting. Pro adds bulk crossposting, multi-account support, and Poshmark sharing and delisting.
- Real support. Daily live onboarding and support sessions with humans, plus the Listing Party community. For a lot of resellers this is the feature that keeps them.
- AI help built in. AI-written listings, barcode scans and background removal are included with monthly quotas on every plan, not sold separately.
Where it falls short
- No native phone app. You can use it on your phone through the browser, but it is built for a desktop and a Chrome tab. If you list from the couch, this will bother you.
- A learning curve. Templates, field mapping and the extension take an evening to get comfortable with. The live onboarding helps, but it is not a tool you master in ten minutes.
- Price at the entry level. $29 to start is roughly double the cheapest competitor. The gap narrows at the mid and upper tiers.
- US focused. The marketplaces it supports are the US ones. Sellers outside the US should check their marketplaces are covered before paying.
What it costs
- Simple, $29/month. Unlimited listings, all marketplaces, mobile web, 25 AI listings a month.
- Business, $49/month. Bulk import and edit. The plan most growing resellers land on.
- Pro, $69/month. Bulk crossposting, multi-account, Poshmark automation.
- Pro Plus, from $99/month. Sub-accounts, Shopify, analytics, the most automation.
Our code LISTNOW30 takes 30% off the first month on any of them. The full plan-by-plan breakdown is in our pricing guide.
Who should use it
- You list from a computer and sell on more than a few marketplaces.
- You have, or want to have, hundreds of active listings.
- You value live human support and a community.
Who should skip it
- You list almost entirely from your phone. Look at Vendoo first. We compared them in List Perfectly vs Vendoo.
- You list a handful of items a month. The time saved won't cover $29.
- You sell mainly outside the US.
Our verdict
List Perfectly is the stronger tool for serious desktop resellers, and the weaker choice for phone-first beginners. If you are in the first group, the Business plan is the one to try, and the first month with our code is about $34. Give yourself a full week with the live onboarding before you judge it.
